High clarity graphic display is achieved through the use of bit
map display technology.
A window controller makes it possible to display up to 4 different
display windows with varying orders of priority.
A convenient colour palette function and colour priorities are
available.
Up to 8 different colours can be specified for each display dot
( with the monochrome display, up to 8 different gradations are
displayed. This requires a special monochrome CRT display. Also,
no border can be displayed when using a 400-line CRT. )
In the colour mode, up to 8 different colours can be specified
for the window background and window border colours.
The gaphic display contoller operates independently of the CPU,
with display control performed by both the CPU and the graphic
display controller.
