PCI64-Q3D Audio v1.40 - updated on 13 April 99
==============================================

Important Notes:
================
1. It is recommended to remove the old drivers prior to the installation of
   the new drivers.

2. The drivers can be install/reinstall anytime by running the AZTSETUP.EXE
   which can be found in the root directory of the Multimedia Studio CD.

Known Issues:
=============
Win95/Win98
===========
1. If there is no sound after the installation of the sound card, please
   run AZTSETUP.EXE that can be found on the root directory of the CD.

2. During the installation of drivers, if being prompted to reboot the
   system, it is recommended to do so. The restarting is caused by
   resource conflict in the system.

3. PCMOut is currently used to control the overall gain for the digital input.

4. There is no PC Speaker connector available on the sound card. This panel
   will be removed in later stage.

5. On certain motherboard, there might be conflict between the DOS drivers
   and EMM386.EXE. Therefore it is recommended to remark the EMM386.EXE
   from the AUTOEXEC.BAT.

6. When shut down to MS-DOS from Win95/Win98, if the message "Could
   not find master environment set blaster variable, type "SET BLASTER =
   A220 I5 D1 T2 P330" or add the line to your AUTOEXEC.BAT".  Please ignore
   the error.

7. If the interrupt of the sound card is being shared with other device, some
   games may not work properly.
   To resolve this, there are two options:
   (i) Reserve IRQ5 for the sound card through the BIOS. Please refer to the
       motherboard manual for details.
   (ii) Remove the sound card from current PCI slot and plug it to another
        available PCI slot.

8. When running SETUP for some games, they give error message "You cannot
   use an IRQ greater than 9". Please ignore the error by pressing ESC key
   and continue the game. WaveTSR will relocate the IRQ and the game will
   run normally.

9. On some system, if after installation of drivers, an error message
   complaining the sound card is not running on PCI bus 0 and the DOS
   drivers cannot be loaded, please disable the PnP OS option from the
   BIOS.
