 This patch is not intended for use with Windows ME !

 To install the patch, simply double-click the sguide_tweak_2k.reg file,
 and the changes will be added to your Registry automatically.

 It is always a good idea to backup your Registry before making changes.
 
 If you'd like to revert the changes that this patch makes to the Registry, you can
 download another patch from our website that will return the Windows 2000 Registry
 to its default state.

 This generic patch adds the optimum TCP/IP Registry values for high speed/high latency
 Internet connections, such as Cable Modems, DSL and similar broadband technologies.

 If your provider has PPPoE implemented, you might want to use one of our other patches
 that's made for PPPoE instead.

 Keep in mind that the patch adds extra settings to ensure compatability with different
 systems and setups. It's always best to manually add the necessary entries for your
 connection.

 You need to reboot for changes to take effect.
