What This Package Does
----------------------
The accompanying DVD-Video Player Upgrade package can update the
Mediamatics DVD-Video Player in the ThinkPad system.

The following ThinkPad computers are supported:

Installation instructions
-------------------------
NOTES:
- This driver can only be used on the supported ThinkPads listed above.
- Windows 95 version must be OSR2 or later.
- Before installing, make sure that you have installed the following
  software in the computer:
  - Video driver for Windows 95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP
  - Audio driver for Windows 95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP
  - IDE Driver for Windows NT 4.0
- This package can not be installed without the DVD-Video player already
  installed in the system. This package is for upgrade purpose only. This
  software is available on your Software Selection CD.
- ThinkPad Software Installer provides install/(uninstall) wizard for
  this package.

 1. Start Windows.
 2. Extract the package to your hard disk drive.
 3. Click Start and then click Run.
 4. Specify the SETUP.EXE with the full path name where you extracted
    the package in the step 2, and click OK.
 5. Follow the instructions on the screen.


Determining which version is installed
--------------------------------------
 1. Click Start, select Programs, select Mediamatics DVDExpress,
    and then click Mediamatics DVD Player. The DVD Panel player is
    launched.
 2. When the DVD Panel player is launched, click the Options button.
    The Options button has an Envelope Icon on it and is the 3 button on
    the left side of the player. By default, the About tab is displayed,
    the program version is displayed on the line that says Build version.
